Hey everyone,
for 190 straight days, I’ve been posting original, daily B2B content on my channel “Max Kuch”.
And then, out of nowhere, the unthinkable happened: YouTube shut down my channel.

The Breakdown
Let me lay it out for you:
1. The Trigger
- One of the Brand Accounts under my Google Account was removed for violating YouTube’s “spam, deceptive practices, and scams policy.”
- Within just 8 hours, YouTube flagged and removed 10+ other Brand Accounts tied to the same Google Account for “circumvention.”
2. The Restoration (Mostly)
- After reaching out multiple times, the originally banned Brand Account was restored.
- Appeals for all the other removed accounts were submitted, and guess what? They were all restored too.
3. But Not My Channel
- My personal digital marketing channel—Max Kuch—wasn’t so lucky.
- Why? Because I had already submitted an appeal (when the channels were removed in the first place), and it was denied. Now, I’m locked out of submitting a new one.
- Every time I try to appeal again through YouTube’s support tool, I get the same canned response:
“We received an appeal for your channel, and it looks like a previous appeal has recently been denied. Please take a look at the email we sent previously for additional details on the rejection.”
Why It Hurts
I’m not just another creator. I’m someone who’s shown up every single day to create original, digital marketing content.
Getting shut down after building this channel day by day feels like getting tossed out of a system I’ve done nothing but contribute to. And what makes it worse? There’s no clear path to fix it.
What I Need
I’m not here to rant—I’m here to find a solution.
YouTube, if you’re listening, please let me submit a new appeal or have a human review this case. I genuinely believe in the platform. But right now, the process feels broken.
If anyone at YouTube Support can help, please email me at [email protected].
YouTube, I’m not giving up on you. But I need you to not give up on me, either.
Let’s make this right.
