Ship your AI SaaS in 16 days. Together, in Phuket.
A small, hands-on mastermind for builders who want to go from idea to a live, paying product. No fluff, no theory. We validate, build, price and launch, side by side, with the exact playbook that took my last product from $0 to over $10,000 per month in 8 months.
- 24 Nov to 9 Dec 2026
- Phuket, Thailand
- Small group, limited seats
- Invoice for your business
Secure checkout via Stripe. You receive an invoice with your company details automatically.
AI makes you feel productive. But zero revenue means zero efficiency.
Most people building with AI right now have the same problem: ten half-finished projects, a folder full of prompts, and nothing that makes money. The tools are not the bottleneck anymore. Finishing is.
You have ideas, but no validation
You build for weeks before you know if anyone will pay. We flip that: validate first, in 48 hours, then build.
You build, but never launch
Perfectionism, scope creep, “just one more feature”. In Phuket there is a deadline, a group and a demo day. You ship.
You launch, but nobody comes
A product without distribution is a hobby. We cover pricing, payments and the channels that bring the first paying customers.
Hi, I’m Max. I’m a builder, not a guru.
I’m a German entrepreneur living in Thailand. In 2016 I founded Kuch Ventures in Berlin and built a portfolio of niche content and affiliate sites that reached over one million readers a month and earned five to six figures per month.
Then Google’s Helpful Content Update in September 2023 hit the whole portfolio. AI search is taking the clicks that affiliate publishers lived on. So I started over, as an AI solopreneur.
In June 2025 I launched a new software product. Eight months later it made over $10,000 per month, with near-zero running costs, high margins and almost no operations. Since then I’ve shipped several more products across multiple countries, using the same three rules: ship fast and diversify, double down on winners, and repeat proven ideas in higher-value markets.
In September 2026 I shared this story on stage at the Shenzhen SEO Conference, alongside speakers like Gary Illyes (Google) and Lily Ray. The mastermind is the long version of that talk, except this time you leave with a product, not just notes.
per month with a new AI software product, within 8 months of launch
monthly readers across the Kuch Ventures content portfolio
building online businesses since 2016, across many markets and languages
Shenzhen SEO Conference 2026, “From 6-Figure/Month Affiliate SEO to AI Solopreneur”
“I’m a builder. I have nothing to sell you.” Except, well, this seat. And I’ll show you my real Stripe dashboard.
The numbers behind the story
These slides are from my talk at the Shenzhen SEO Conference in September 2026. In Phuket we go through all of it in detail, including the parts I didn’t put on a slide.
Is this for you?
A great fit if you
- run an online business, agency or content portfolio and want a second leg that isn’t dependent on Google traffic
- are a developer, marketer or SEO who wants to launch your own AI product instead of building for others
- have one or more product ideas and want to find out fast which one people will pay for
- work well with deadlines, peer pressure and a group of people who actually ship
Not a fit if you
- are looking for a passive income course or a get-rich-quick system
- want to be taught to code from scratch (basic comfort with AI coding tools helps)
- are looking for a two-week holiday with occasional workshops
- aren’t willing to show your work, your numbers and your mistakes to the group
16 days from idea to launch
Mornings are for focused sessions and hot seats. Afternoons are for building, side by side. Evenings are yours, or the group’s.
Opening, roadmap and idea selection
Everyone presents their situation and ideas. We pick the one project per person worth betting two weeks on, using first principles instead of hype.
The 48-hour validation framework
Before you write a line of code: demand check, keyword and competitor research, a landing page and a real signal from real people. Kill fast, or commit.
Minimal tech stack, maximum automation
We build the MVP with AI coding agents and a lean stack that costs almost nothing to run. You get my actual setup: Claude for code and text, Hetzner and Coolify for hosting, Postmark for email, Telegram for alerts, plus AI image and video tools.
Pricing and global payments
Margin is marketing budget: price the outcome, not your cost. We set up Stripe, cover international selling, company structures and Merchant of Record options like Paddle and Lemon Squeezy.
Zero-budget distribution and first customers
Build in public on X, short-form video, Google Ads, SEO and linkbait. Then geo-arbitrage: how to take one working product into dozens of countries.
Live teardowns and launch
Every product goes live. We tear down each launch together, fix what’s broken and set your next 30 days. Two weeks after the mastermind I check in personally to see where you are.
Show the detailed daily agenda: all 16 days, hour by hour

Deep work, with the sea next door
Out of your routine
Two weeks away from your usual inbox and obligations. That distance is where the focus comes from.
Perfect timing
Late November is the start of the dry season on the Andaman coast. You finish the year with a launched product, not a new year’s resolution.
Builders around you
The biggest lever is the group. You work next to people solving the same problems, and you’ll stay in touch long after.

Questions
Do I need to be able to code?
No classic coding background needed, but you should be comfortable working with AI tools and willing to get your hands dirty. The whole point is that AI coding agents let non-engineers ship real software now.
What if I don’t have an idea yet?
That’s fine. The first two days are about finding and choosing the right idea. Many people arrive with too many ideas rather than too few.
Can I book it through my company?
Yes. At checkout you can enter your company name, address and VAT ID, and you automatically receive a proper invoice. Whether and how you can deduct it is a question for your tax advisor.
Are flights and accommodation included?
No, you book those yourself so you can choose your own budget and comfort level. After booking you’ll get recommendations for where to stay close to the group.
Do I have to stay the full 16 days?
You’ll get the most out of it if you do, because the program builds up to demo day. If you can only join part of it, message me before booking.
How many people will join?
It’s deliberately a small group, so everyone gets hot-seat time and real feedback on their own project.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Full refund until 31 October 2026. After that, your seat is transferable to someone else, but not refundable.
Finishing is a muscle. Come train it.
16 days, a small group of builders, one live product each. See you in Phuket.
